Danielson Framework

On the next few subpages, I will be explaining how I plan to implement the 4 domains of the Danielson Framework and providing some examples. DOMAIN 1

Domain 1 is titled Planning and Preparation. As a teacher, we need to be on top of our planning. There are so many ways we can design our teaching to be engaging and educational for our students. Teachers also need to be continuing to learn as well in order to better teach our students. I will be using this in my classroom to engage my students so that they want to learn.

DOMAIN 3

Domain 3 is titled Instruction. It tells teachers to communicate to students what they expect from them in the classroom and stresses the importance of engaging students in learning.

DOMAIN 2

Domain 2 is titled The Classroom Environment. As teachers, we are to create a good learning environment, full of respect, encouragement, and kindness. The students should respect themselves and others. Having a classroom like this allows learning to go smoothly and creates the best learning environment for students. I will be creating a classroom environment of respect and learning. I want my students to want to come to class and want to learn.

DOMAIN 4

Domain 4 is titled Professional Responsibilities. It really stresses the importance of maintaining accurate records of students work, communicating with the student's families, and being a part of the community.
